Graphic Design at UCK

Helen chose to investigate the 1920s and 1980s for her decades project. Her task was to write a minimum of 1,000 words on the historical events of each decade and research how these influenced art and design. The final submission should reflect the style of the decade.

One of Rosie’s assignments for HNGD 002 was to choose two decades which she had to research. Her task was to draw conclusions about the world’s historical events of these decades and how they influenced art and design movements then present this information in a graphical essay of approximately 1000 words. The main purpose of this assignment was to test research skills. Rosie’s well-written assignment (which you probably can’t read from such small jpeg images) was accompanied by a great example of a long Harvard Referencing bibliography.
